Course Overview
This course provides a practical introduction to real estate finance in the Canadian context. Designed to bridge theory and real-world practice, the course focuses on how real estate assets and development projects are evaluated, financed, and structured. Through case-based learning and hands-on financial modeling, participants gain exposure to valuation methods, cash flow analysis, investment metrics, and full project-cycle pro formas commonly used by real estate and finance professionals.
